Dr. Kayne completed his undergraduate education at Union College in Schenectady, New York, graduating cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science. Dr. Kayne attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he received his doctorate in medical dentistry, graduating in 1986.
A second-generation dentist, Dr. Kayne followed the path of his father, Dr. Edward Kayne. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the New Jersey Dental Association and the Passaic County Dental Society. He was recognized in New Jersey Monthly as a “Top Dentists of 2004-2005,” selected as one of the America’s Best Dentists 2004-2005, and voted by Consumers’ Research Council of America as one of America’s Top Dentists of 2005-2008.
Currently Dr. Kayne attends numerous continuing education courses, with an emphasis on dental implants and cosmetic dentistry. These studies allow him to keep abreast of the latest information and techniques in quality patient care. In addition, he is pursing the prestigious Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry, for which only a limited number of dentists qualify.
Dr. Kayne is married with three children. He enjoys golf and hockey as well as watching his children perform in theatrical arts and sports. In 2008, he was elected to his town’s Board of Education and is currently serving.
